Enis, the daytime concierge, was particularly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the spa & wellness center was my favorite feature, offering a perfect retreat for relaxation. the attention to detail in all areas, from the Turkish bath to the comfortable rooms with sound-proofed windows, truly impressed me. Thank you to the hotel for a memorable experience.
